I have been working with this place for nearly 10 years as of this review and they have been great. At first they were servicing the swamp cooler and dual pack at the apartment I was renting. They were always professional and on time, easy to work with and always communicated well. When I needed a new swamp cooler on my house, I called them. It was the middle of summer when my old one went out. Their first concern was whether I still had some form of cooling (I did). They still came out promptly and got me a new cooler. When I had a problem with it next season, they worked with me to fix it that day. I always appreciate their service and professionalism, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
